Due to the weather, the Fall Yard Sale has been rescheduled for October 5th.
Start cleaning out your garage and closets…the Autumn Yard Sale is around the corner! Enjoy a Saturday of shopping, selling, or both! There is no official start/end time, but some have been known to be set up as the sun rises. Happy hunting!
Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Bunny will be visiting our neighborhood a bit early and hiding Easter Eggs around the common area. Come join your neighbors for a Spring tradition, and bring the kids out to find the hidden eggs and the treats inside!
The common area is located on Aylesbury where the lending library is.

4th of July Parade and Ice Cream Social
July 4th, 2025
Come celebrate 4th of July with our annual neighborhood parade!
Parade lineup is at 9:40am and we roll at 10am finishing at the Common Area. Ice cream and bottled water will be provided.
