Annual HOA Dues Payment

Wyngate has an annual $125 HOA fee.  The fee is used to improve neighborhood in various ways, including:

• Upkeep of the entrance & common area by way of mowing, mulching, trimming shrubbery, flowers, landscaping, etc.

• Street lights & property insurance for common areas

• Neighborhood socials (July 4th Parade, Ice Cream Social, Easter Egg Hunt, etc.)

• Mailbox project (completed)

The 2024 Annual Dues Invoices will be mailed out to each home (unless another mailing address is provided to us) at the beginning of the year. 

The 2024 Annual Assessments are due by May 9, 2024. Please note that there a 1% Late Fee assessed on all accounts that are past due by 30 days. Monthly statements of Past Due Accounts are mailed out approximately the 1st of each month.

If you are unable to pay the full amount by the due date, please contact us to make payment arrangements. 

Section 5.7. Any assessment not paid within 30 days after the due date shall bear interest from the due date at the maximum effective rate then allowed by law.
