Wyngate is a family-friendly neighborhood of 147 homes ranging in size from 1,400 SF to 2,800 SF. We are conveniently located just minutes northeast of downtown Knoxville, Tennessee with easy access to schools, shopping, and dining.
We would love to be able to communicate better with our neighbors. To that end, we are collecting email addresses from our homeowners to be used for electronic billing and/or occasional announcements regarding events in Wyngate. Parking on the street is always a concern in the subdivision. With "one-way in/one-way out streets", no sidewalks, limited parking, and a wide variety of vehicles parking on the streets, it's easy to obstruct the right-of-way to traffic and pedestrians alike. Equally important is the safety of our residents and visitors.
Emergency vehicles must be able to enter and exit the subdivision -- when vehicles are parked on both sides of the street, these vehicles may have difficulty responding to emergencies.
Please be aware of this concern for the safety of our community.
Please remember that the speed limit is 25 MPH in the subdivision and that all vehicles must STOP for school busses.
Please watch out for the children, pedestrians, and animals in our neighborhood.

The 2024 Annual Assessments are due on May 9, 2024. Please note that there a 1% Late Fee assessed on all accounts that are past due by 30 days. Monthly statements of Past Due Accounts are mailed out approximately the 1st of each month.
